- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a repair or replacement if possible. If a repair or replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
- Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong product, changed your mind, or the item did not meet your expectations, we will issue a refund provided that the item is returned in “like-new” condition. Note that all original and return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in these cases.
To initiate a return, ensure the item is in its original condition with any tags, packaging, and accessories included.

- Shipping Costs: For returns due to a change of mind, refunds will not include original or return shipping fees. Refunds for defective or damaged items will include shipping fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that once an order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be canceled.
